This professional will be responsible for structuring analyses, developing dashboards, supporting administrative and educational areas in decision-making, and driving the evolution of the organization’s data and BI practices. As a Senior Systems Analyst \- Data/BI \& Analytics, your challenges will include: * Collecting, processing, analyzing, and interpreting data from diverse structured, semi-structured, and API sources; * Ensuring data quality, standardization, and reliability used by the institution; * Translating requirements from administrative and educational areas into technical analyses and strategic metrics; * Developing, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards, management reports, and KPIs—with emphasis on usability and decision-support; * Performing data modeling and analytical database structuring, ensuring performance, consistency, and scalability; * Conducting descriptive, exploratory, and inferential analyses to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities; * Consuming and integrating data via third-party system APIs; * Contributing to automation, optimization, and continuous improvement of BI and Analytics processes; * Collaborating with various institutional departments to build data-driven reports and solutions; * Creating and maintaining interactive dashboards and analytical environments. **Benefits:** To be determined **Required Qualifications:** **You must have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Data, Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience extracting, manipulating, and analyzing large volumes of data, and developing dashboards and management indicators; * Experience in descriptive, exploratory, and statistical analyses; * Knowledge of data modeling (Star Schema and Snowflake); * Experience integrating and consuming APIs; * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills for collaboration with business areas; * Ability to translate data into strategic insights and executive narratives. **Desirable qualifications:** * Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI; * Experience with Databricks; * Knowledge of Azure Data Lake; * Experience in scalable data environments and analytical architecture; * Experience in educational institutions or large organizations. **About the company:** Founded in 1956 with the goal of promoting inclusion and social development, Fundação Bradesco provides free, high-quality education to thousands of people
