**PHARMACIST** **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct analyses of the average consumption of medicines and medical supplies, costs, minimum stock levels, and reorder points to ensure supply continuity and control and distribute inventory with a focus on loss reduction; * Comply with current legislation regarding the storage, preservation, and inventory control of medicines and supplies, as well as usage standards, to guarantee patients’ access to high-quality pharmacotherapy; * Guide the handling of medicines in accordance with current sanitary and hygiene practices to contribute to care quality and safety; * Carry out pharmacovigilance and technovigilance activities within the workplace unit, reporting suspected adverse reactions and technical complaints to the competent health authorities to support care quality. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy; * Active Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) registration; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Prior experience as a Hospital/Clinical Pharmacist; * Availability for a 12x36 shift schedule (Night shift). **Benefits:** Meal allowance at the company, Gympass, psychological support, birthday leave, and more.
