Sustaining multi-cloud Cloud Native architectures ### **Responsibilities:** * Lead the technical administration, sustainability, and evolution of environments. * Guide data administration, infrastructure, and operations processes. * Define priorities, operational governance, and technical direction. * Strategically perform high-complexity troubleshooting. * Design and sustain multi\-cloud Cloud Native architectures. * Lead large-scale Kubernetes operations. * Structure, govern, and optimize Azure DevOps pipelines. * Define and govern infrastructure-as-code using Terraform. * Implement quality, security, and compliance policies with SonarQube. * Ensure reliability, security, observability, performance, and scalability. * Serve as an internal and external technical reference for DevOps and SRE practices. * Lead automation, innovation, and modernization initiatives. * Conduct continuous research on emerging technologies. * Structure operational SDD frameworks. * Define organizational standards for AI usage in operations and engineering. * Promote operational efficiency, incident reduction, and continuous improvement. * Lead technical forums, mentoring, and team development. ### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Availability to work in a hybrid model and reside in cities such as São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Joinville, Florianópolis, Porto Alegre, and Belo Horizonte. * Advanced expertise in Kubernetes. * Advanced expertise in AWS, Azure, and GCP. * Strong experience in Cloud Native architecture. * Expertise in Azure DevOps CI/CD. * Advanced Linux proficiency. * Proficiency in containers, automation, and platform engineering. * Advanced proficiency in Terraform. * Strong experience with SonarQube for quality and security governance. * Proficiency in observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.). * Incident management, SLO, SLA, SLI, and SRE practices. * Security, compliance, and governance. * Robust experience in technical leadership. * Proficiency in SDD. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Experience with Jira and operational governance. * Experience with AI applied to operations, automation, and reliability. ### **Desirable Requirements:** * Platform engineering. * FinOps. * Digital transformation. * Organizational process structuring. * Development of AI-driven operational frameworks. * Corporate high-availability strategy. * Large-scale security governance. ### **Desirable Certifications:** * CKA Certified Kubernetes Administrator * AWS Cloud Practitioner * AWS SysOps Administrator * Azure Administrator / DevOps Engineer * Google Cloud Associate/Professional * Terraform Associate * Advanced SRE/DevOps certifications **We aim to provide our team with a welcoming, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
