We seek individuals passionate about excellence who wish to grow with us. **About the Role** We are looking for a hands-on, dynamic Procurement Analyst to ensure efficient supply of all inputs supporting our operations: food-grade raw materials, packaging, office supplies, and facilities-related items. You will be responsible for negotiating with suppliers, tracking purchase orders, managing inventory levels, and ensuring Petite Fleur quality begins with the selection of every ingredient. **Responsibilities** * Procure food-grade raw materials, packaging, administrative supplies, and facilities-related items. * Prospect, qualify, and negotiate with new suppliers to secure optimal pricing, delivery timelines, and quality. * Track purchase orders, delivery deadlines, and resolve any discrepancies. * Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking. * Maintain close relationships with strategic suppliers and periodically evaluate their performance. * Support the Facilities team with day-to-day operational requests (maintenance, services, general supplies). * Update procurement records, contracts, and key performance indicators. * Manage the Omie ERP system, including invoice entry and cancellation, purchase requisitions, and product and supplier registration. **What We Seek** * Prior experience in procurement (preferably in food, retail, or manufacturing). * Strong negotiation and clear communication skills. * Organized, proactive profile with a strong sense of urgency. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across departments. * Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets; familiarity or experience with the OMIE management system (ERP) is a plus. * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields.
