Lead and inspire the team: guide, motivate, and guarantee the best customer experience. Track financial performance: monitor sales, manage cash handling, and support cost and labor management. Support operational activities: step in and assist the team directly when needed. Organize restaurant routines: opening, closing, daily reconciliations, and briefings. Ensure compliance: uphold internal policies and labor laws. Develop talent: train, coach, and contribute to team members' growth.
