Preparation of construction sites and surfaces for painting Responsibilities: * Preparing metallic and non-metallic surfaces for painting; * Reading blueprints and instructions to determine the type and amount of work required; * Preparing construction sites by installing scaffolding and protective equipment; * Preparing walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and removing old paint; * Filling cracks and holes with appropriate materials, such as plaster; * Mixing paints and other materials to achieve desired color or texture; * Applying paint, varnish, and other finishes on surfaces using various tools.
