**About the position**
----------------
We are seeking a **Junior Audio/Video Operator** to support technical audiovisual operations in studios, in-person events, and live broadcasts.
This position is ideal for early-career professionals aiming to gain hands-on experience in audiovisual production, studio operations, and corporate events—working alongside more experienced operators.
In addition to operational tasks in audio and video, the professional will also support institutional recordings, event coverage, and internal audiovisual content production.
**Responsibilities**

**Audiovisual Setup and Operation**
===================================
* Assist with setup, cabling, and teardown of audio, video, and lighting equipment.
* Support configuration of audiovisual systems for events and studio environments.
* Operate basic equipment during events and recordings, such as:
microphones
audio mixing consoles
PTZ cameras
video conferencing systems
* Support operation of video switchers and live broadcast systems.
**Studio Operations and Content Production**

* Support institutional recordings and internal productions.
* Provide assistance for:
photographic coverage
video coverage of events
corporate rehearsals (e.g., LinkedIn profile photos)
* Assist with image and video capture activities (videomaker).
* Support basic video editing, motion graphics, and image processing tasks.
**Streaming and AV Networks**

* Assist with configuration of streaming tools and online broadcasts.
* Support operation of Dante-based audio networks.
* Perform simple connectivity and functionality tests on equipment.
**Checklists, Inventory, and Maintenance**

* Conduct equipment checklists before and after events/recordings.
* Assist with inventory management of audiovisual equipment.
* Perform basic preventive maintenance and identify potential faults in cables and devices.
* Support equipment adjustments and organization to ensure operational quality.
**Requirements**

**Experience**
---------------
* Up to 2 years of experience in audiovisual production, events, studio work, or technical audio/video support.
**Technical Knowledge**
--------------------------
* Basic knowledge of:
audio and video equipment
types of cables and connectors
audio and video signal flow
microphones and audio mixing consoles
cameras and lighting
* Familiarity with streaming and video conferencing tools.
* Basic knowledge of video editing and image processing is considered a plus.
**Education**
------------
* Completed technical education or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in fields such as:
Audiovisual Production
Radio and Television
Social Communication
Cinema
Multimedia
or related disciplines.
