




Job Summary: Work as a Support Analyst I, performing installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment, operating systems, and software, as well as diagnosing and resolving IT incidents. Incident Diagnosis and Resolution JOB | SUPPORT ANALYST I (TEMPORARY) **ABOUT THE JOB:** * Temporary position – Vacation coverage * Work Location: Downtown, São Paulo/SP (on-site) * Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * CLT employment contract * Compensation: R$2.400,00 + Benefits **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Technical degree in IT (completed) or Bachelor’s degree in IT (completed or currently pursuing); * Prior experience as a support analyst; * Solid experience in hardware maintenance; * Maintenance and configuration of Microsoft Windows 7 or newer environments; * Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems; * Active Directory authentication technology; * Office 365 and Office 2016 or newer suite; * Desktop Modem MD-100 (Microsoft 365); * Computer networks, wired and wireless, TCP/IP protocol, wireless network encryption and security; * Basic/technical English for reading. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide support, installation, and configuration of new IT equipment and reconfiguration of previously installed equipment; * Analyze and diagnose incidents to resolve issues, occasionally collaborating with vendors and other professionals; * Support the installation and configuration of operating systems (MS-Windows 7/8/10/11 or their technological successors); * Support the installation and configuration of native user tools on devices (MS-Office Professional, MS Outlook, web browsers) or cloud-based tools (Office 365, Teams, OneDrive); * Install standard, market-approved, and client-provided software (antivirus agents, PDF readers, plug-ins, etc); * Install specific applications or information systems, provided that procedures, manuals, or tutorials are supplied, and with vendor or developer assistance if required; * Verify and identify issues in cabling systems, perform basic and occasional infrastructure network configuration and repairs—for example: crimping network cables and physically installing access switches in racks (without configuration or programming); * Log, track, monitor progress, and resolve service requests using a ticket management system; * Document procedures for resolving known incidents and problems; * Keep the knowledge base up to date. **BENEFITS:** Meal Voucher – R$30.00 per working day; Transportation Voucher; Life Insurance; Health Plan; SESC Membership; GoGood (gym membership plans) **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
