If you believe in a world where everyone has the opportunity to drive their own lives, come be \#Kover! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform key system-related services according to Kovi standards and procedures; * Automotive Key Fabrication: Create copies of automotive keys—including transponder and smart keys—as required by operations; * Key and Lock Repair: Diagnose and repair damaged keys and locking systems, replacing parts as needed; * Key Programming: Program electronic and transponder keys for vehicles across various brands and models using diagnostic equipment and specialized tools; * Vehicle Unlocking: Support operations in cases of lost keys or keys locked inside the vehicle, applying appropriate techniques and tools to unlock without damage; * Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all tools and equipment remain in good working condition and perform necessary preventive maintenance; * Knowledge Updates: Stay current on new automotive key technologies and systems by attending trainings and courses as needed; * Monitor and track demands and priorities using Kovi systems and tools, ensuring execution quality and SLA compliance as directed; * Report daily difficulties or impacts encountered during routine operational flows and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience as a locksmith, preferably focused on automotive keys and automotive security systems; * In-depth knowledge of different key and ignition systems, including mechanical, electronic, and transponder keys; * Ability to operate key duplication and programming equipment, as well as repair tools; * Attention to Detail: Capability to perform tasks accurately and meticulously to ensure key system functionality and security; * Problem Solving: Ability to effectively and efficiently diagnose and resolve issues related to keys and security systems; * Technical education or specialized locksmith training is a plus. * Certifications in automotive security and key programming are desirable but not mandatory. **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** **Life Insurance:** To care for our greatest asset: our Kovers. **Health Plan:** Taking care of yourself and staying well matters. **Dental Plan:** So you can flash that beautiful smile! **Flash Card:** Your meal and/or food allowance—all in one card!
