Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to serve as Production Manager, responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing factory operations. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic and hands-on leadership in production management. 2. Optimization of factory operations, ensuring quality, delivery schedule, and cost. 3. Implementation of continuous improvements and team management. We seek a strategic and hands\-on leader to serve as Production Manager! You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing all factory operations, ensuring quality, delivery schedule, and cost. Responsibilities: \- Plan and control daily, weekly, and monthly production; \- Manage teams of supervisors, team leaders, and operators; \- Ensure achievement of productivity, OEE, and quality targets; \- Control costs, waste, and raw material consumption; \- Implement continuous improvement initiatives: Lean, 5S, Kaizen; \- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and GMP standards; \- Interface with PCP (Production Control Planning), Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics departments; \- Prepare management reports and action plans. Requirements: \- Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; \- Solid experience in shop-floor management; \- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO 9001; \- Proficiency in key performance indicators: OEE, setup time, scrap rate, absenteeism; \- Leadership profile, decision-making ability, and results orientation; \- Advanced Excel and ERP skills; \- Availability to work rotating shifts when required. Preferred Qualifications: \- Postgraduate degree/MBA in Industrial Management; \- Experience with automation and Industry 4\.0\.
