Identification of non-conforming parts Operate manual machines (drill press, tapping machine, sander, milling machine, press, laminator, automatic tapping machine) according to required quality standards; perform inspection and monitoring procedures as per the control plan; record daily production quantity and occurrences; segregate and identify scrapped parts using non-conformance cards.
