Apply now and join our innovation journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate shot blasting machines (shot or laser); * Read and interpret technical drawings; * Record production order quantities, including code and number of parts; * Record machine downtime; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area; * Perform minor equipment interventions (e.g., re-tightening bolts, general equipment cleaning, simple adjustments); * Load and unload parts into and from the blasting booth using pallet jacks, transport carts, or manually. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of measuring instruments (tape measure, square); * Basic knowledge of technical drawing (reading and interpretation); * Experience operating manual shot blasting machines; * Basic knowledge of surface finishes for painting; * Technical course in Mechanical Engineering or related field is desirable; * Availability for overtime on weekends and holidays; * Availability to work any shift. **Additional Information** * On-site cafeteria; * Meal voucher (VR); * Medical assistance (with co-payment); * Dental assistance; * Childcare allowance; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance / Shuttle service / Mobility allowance; * Totalpass; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Work location: Santana de Parnaíba; * 44 working hours per week.
