Description

Job Summary: Coordinate the planning and execution of robotic cell and device projects, monitoring timelines, installations, and driving innovation and team development. Key Highlights: 1. Lead robotics projects from inception to completion with a focus on quality and deadlines. 2. Lead the team, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and innovation. 3. Act as an agent of change, promoting innovation and leadership within the company. * Coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of robotic cell and device projects across all phases, verifying resource availability (components and construction items), coordination flows with manufacturing, commercial and technical materials, as well as assembly, installation, and testing in accordance with established timelines, quality standards, and other negotiated conditions; * Monitor production timelines as pre-established, conduct tests, oversee installation, and take responsibility for documentation through interfaces with automation and robotics departments; * Conduct meetings with clients and internal meetings at Motoman, evaluating layout and physical installation site of the cell, verifying floor conditions, space, width, infrastructure, power outlets, electrical and pneumatic connections, etc., advising on required adjustments to ensure alignment with the plan; * Supervise on-site assembly at the client’s location and technical acceptance of the equipment upon project completion; * Collaborate with all internal departments to align and define processes and procedures meeting both technical and commercial specifications negotiated with clients; * Stay updated on market practices, new products, competitors, customers, processes, and technologies to bring development and innovation options to the company; * Develop, train, and guide the team on departmental processes and procedures; * Stay updated on market practices, new products, competitors, customers, processes, and technologies to bring development and innovation options to the company; * Keep your supervisor informed about departmental incidents; * Uphold corporate vision, mission, and values; * Be an agent of change who influences and motivates the company toward innovation and leadership; * Safeguard the corporate brand and image.
