Job Summary: SKA is seeking a Project Analyst to join our technology team, responsible for planning, controlling, and monitoring product and service projects, ensuring their execution and mitigating risks. To continue enhancing business and individual success, we are seeking a professional for our technology team to serve as a **Project Analyst**. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Analyze and establish project guidelines; * Plan, control, and monitor the progress of product and service projects; * Provide periodic reporting and propose control and management actions; * Serve as the primary project contact point for involved departments; * Negotiate with internal departments to secure necessary resources for project execution; * Alert stakeholders and recommend alternative solutions when objectives are not met; * Prepare periodic executive presentations on project progress; * Clarify doubts and provide support during project acceptance; * Analyze risks and develop action plans to mitigate them; * Evaluate performance upon project closure; * Draft meeting minutes; * Schedule project activities in the ERP system; * Develop and analyze risk matrices and create action plans to mitigate them. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Project Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in client relationship management or project execution; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Willingness to undertake occasional travel. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Driver's License Category B. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws); * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. * Work Modality: On-site in São Leopoldo/RS. **BENEFITS** * Sodexo Meal or Food Allowance: To accommodate diverse employee needs, we offer two flexible options. * Transportation Allowance: Provided to employees requiring public transportation. * Unimed Health Insurance (no co-payment) and MetLife Dental Insurance: Recognizing the importance of health, we offer comprehensive health and dental coverage for employees and dependents; * Gympass: Through our partnership with Gympass, employees and dependents gain easy access to fitness facilities, gyms, and numerous additional benefits; * Partnerships with Educational Institutions: Learning is highly encouraged at SKA.
