Summary: Infosys Brazil is seeking a Junior Technical Support Analyst to provide comprehensive IT support, including troubleshooting Windows, MS Office, enterprise applications, and hardware for end-users. Support for various IT systems and end-users **Infosys Brazil** is looking for professionals with the profile of **Junior Technical Support Analyst** to join our team. **Main activities and responsibilities:** * Troubleshooting Windows and MS Office. * Support for local and network printers. * Support for certain enterprise applications (SAP, etc.). * End user support. * Hardware setup, imaging, deployment and troubleshooting.
