Focus on IT governance, ITSM, and process modeling **Date:** July 24, 2026 **Location:** São Paulo, SP **Company:** B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão **About the Position** **Position:** Junior IT Process Analyst **Location:** São Paulo/SP **Publication Date:** 07/24/26 **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Support and maintain the ITSM tool used by the area. * Create, update, and maintain the IT Service Catalog. * Develop automations and improvements for existing technology processes. * Participate in meetings with internal customers to understand requirements and structure workflows. * Monitor backlog, operational metrics, and SLA compliance. * Provide support to users of the Helix tool. * Contribute to the evolution and simplification of IT service processes. **Team Responsibilities** * Ensure support and maintenance of the area’s ITSM and automation tools. * Manage and evolve the IT Service Catalog. * Develop and maintain workflows aligned with ITIL and Agile best practices. * Drive continuous improvements in technology operational processes. * Support service governance and internal user experience. * Define metrics and analyses to monitor delivered services. **What We Expect From You** * Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related fields. * Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies. * Knowledge of IT governance, ITSM, and process modeling. * Analytical ability to map workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and design solutions. * Strong communication skills for interaction across different organizational areas and levels. * Intermediate English proficiency for reading documentation, training materials, and technical manuals. * Collaborative, organized profile with a focus on continuous improvement. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications** * Experience with ITSM tools, especially BMC Helix. * Knowledge of process automation tools. * Experience designing and modeling processes using BPMN. * Experience creating workflows and automations. * Knowledge related to applying artificial intelligence in IT services and processes. * Experience with operational metrics and SLA management.
