As **Head of AI Strategy \& Transformation**, the candidate will structure and lead the company’s Artificial Intelligence strategy, driving internal transformation, product innovation, and creation of new business opportunities through AI applied to the industrial and manufacturing ecosystem. This role will operate cross-functionally across technology, business, operations, and innovation, initially assuming strategic, tactical, and operational responsibilities to lay the groundwork for the area’s future **evolution**. ### **Responsibilities:** * Structure and lead AI-driven digital transformation initiatives; * Design a roadmap of actions and next steps to scale and guide AI adoption; * Define solution architectures, considering integrations with ERP, APIs, and cloud platforms; * Coordinate proofs of concept and pilots, prioritizing projects focused on ROI and productivity; * Establish internal AI usage policies, assessing risks and ensuring security and compliance; * Promote training and awareness among internal teams on AI topics; * Implement internal AI agents and copilots applied to the ERP ecosystem; * Support the development of new AI-focused products and solutions for customers; * Define Vockan’s strategic positioning on AI applied to business; * Represent Vockan at innovation forums and ecosystems; * Participate in events, workshops, and strategic initiatives. ### **What We’re Looking For:** * Experience implementing Generative AI, AI agents, and LLMs; * Experience with Data, Analytics, and Cloud; * Knowledge of APIs and integrations; * Strategic business vision; * Innovation and digital transformation management experience; * Hands-on execution capability; * ERP knowledge. #### **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector; * Experience with international projects and/or teams. ### **Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:** We are deeply committed to building and nurturing a genuinely inclusive workplace.
