




Job Summary: We are seeking a student for an internship in customer support, providing guidance on technical inquiries and assisting the technical assistance team at a multinational company. You will intern in the customer support area, guiding customers regarding technical requirements related to purchasing new products or maintaining previously acquired products. Occasionally, you will also support the technical assistance team with maintenance, warranty claims, and product and service reports. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to internal and external customers; * Conduct product testing; * Assist in the development of new products; * Assist in the development of suppliers; * Prepare material quotations; * Place purchase orders in the system; * Conduct training sessions; * Provide customer service via email and telephone. REQUIREMENTS * Currently enrolled from the 2nd (second) year onward in Engineering or Technology programs in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automation fields; * English proficiency at least at intermediate level for technical reading and communication with headquarters. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Easy access to the Cotia region..
