We are a global multimedia management and operations agency for creators, brands, and businesses shaping the new digital economy. Our focus is on transforming creators into genuine businesses and helping brands operate as modern media companies through creator-led strategies. We are looking for a Content Creator to join our team and help scale our digital presence. This is not just a social media role: You will be responsible for building, managing, and evolving Xtend's entire content engine, helping position the company as one of the leading voices in the creator economy. Responsibilities: \- Create and manage the social media content calendar. \- Manage and operate Xtend Creators' social media accounts. \- Manage the agency's newsletter. \- Develop and execute communication strategies across media channels. \- Bring creative and innovative ideas aligned with trends. \- Translate business strategy into relevant content. \- Manage and optimize our AI-powered tools and workflows. \- Analyze performance and continuously optimize content. Requirements: Advanced to fluent English (mandatory). Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.). Strong content sense, storytelling ability, and trend awareness. Organizational skills to manage content workflows and deadlines. Desirable: Experience with newsletters (Beehiiv, Brevo, Substack, etc.). Familiarity with AI tools for content creation. Experience working with creators, agencies, or media brands.
