This person will be a key contributor in building scalable, modern, and business-oriented solutions, directly supporting the company’s technological transformation and innovation. Responsibilities * Lead the definition and evolution of scalable, resilient, and high-performance software architectures * Serve as a technical reference in software engineering, supporting teams in solution design and decision-making * Develop and guide solutions using Python and Go (Golang) * Propose and implement cloud computing solutions, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and adherence to best practices * Explore and apply artificial intelligence and low-code/no-code solutions to enhance productivity and innovation * Collaborate consultatively with partner areas (product, business, data), influencing technical and strategic decisions * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, simplification, and standardization of platforms * Lead complex technical discussions, promoting alignment among internal and external stakeholders We seek a professional with a technical leadership mindset, strategic vision, and the ability to challenge the status quo—someone who goes beyond execution to propose innovative solutions, influence decisions, and actively contribute to both technological and business evolution. **Qualifications*** Solid experience in software architecture and distributed systems development * Proficiency in languages such as Python and Go (Golang) * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and building scalable solutions * Knowledge of artificial intelligence and/or applying models in digital products * Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools and methodologies * Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence diverse areas and stakeholders * Analytical profile with systemic vision and business-value orientation **Preferred Qualifications*** Experience in high-scale environments and mission-critical systems * Prior involvement in technology modernization or digital transformation initiatives * Knowledge of event-driven architectures * Experience with platform strategy and component reuse **Additional Information** Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
