Transform ideas into creative solutions with a focus on quality **What We Are Looking For:** ==================== * Senior-level Backend (Java/Kotlin) professional with strong experience in financial platforms, to develop robust, secure, and highly scalable systems focused on performance and high availability. Hybrid work mode in the Bela Vista region / SP. **Responsibilities and Requirements** * Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and propose improvements * Act as a squad member, actively participating in agile ceremonies; build systems for financial platforms such as internet banking, digital wallets, payment services, and integration APIs * Develop and maintain financial microservices * Build secure integrations with banks, payment gateways, and credit platforms * Ensure high performance, low latency, and stability in high-volume transaction systems * Apply security best practices to protect sensitive data (encryption, tokenization, authentication) * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as LGPD and PCI\-DSS * Guarantee application observability, resilience, and reliability * Work in cloud environments using AWS services * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment * Solid hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Kotlin * Strong knowledge of microservices architecture * Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB) * Experience with AWS services (SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, among others) * Knowledge of messaging with Kafka * Experience with containers (Docker) * Code versioning with Git **We Are Looking For Someone Who:** ============================== We are looking for someone who: * Enjoys teamwork and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has the **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and pursues quality in all daily activities; * Possesses strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is capable and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in tackling challenging and **innovative** technological situations.
