Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with focus on Payments and Acquiring to advance strategic insights, data governance, operational excellence, and management of P&L cost information. Continuous process improvement and data analysis **About the Role** We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst focused on Payments and Acquiring who will help us evolve strategic views of operational controls, while pursuing opportunities in data-driven governance, operational and functional excellence of cross-functional information. Additionally, the professional will be challenged to manage P\&L cost information versus actuals, discussing new business strategies with internal stakeholders and external partners. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure a strategic vision and operational model for acquiring (payment methods), focusing on costs and financial P\&L; * Establish KPI frameworks, SLA performance metrics, and dashboards to monitor business model effectiveness; * Identify data quality issues, design and analyze information, and collaborate with Finance, Operations, Risk, and Technology teams; * Drive continuous process improvement initiatives through data (creating and managing) using automation, data analysis, and internal tools (e.g., reconciliation opportunities, cost variances, and other budgetary analyses); * Provide expert guidance on root cause analysis and remediation of sub-acquiring (Zig) data breaks or inconsistencies with external vendors (other market acquirers); * Collaborate with Technology and Data teams to enhance information flows, reconciliation tools, and reporting capabilities; * Ensure reconciliation processes align with internal assumptions, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements, complying with market rules (BACEN, card networks, etc.); * Prepare and present recurring thematic insights to senior leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with payment methods (payments), knowledge of the acquiring world, with a cross-business and data analysis perspective; * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Strong analytical profile with excellent problem-solving skills; * Experience defining and tracking operational excellence metrics; * Proven track record of process improvement, framework standardization, and execution of inter-regional programs; * Easy access to South Zone of São Paulo, near Granja Julieta station. **Candidate Differentiators:** * Experience and expertise in reconciliation; * Revenue accrual, budgetary analysis, and P\&L interpretation; * Experience with reconciliation platforms and ERP systems is highly desirable; **OUR BENEFITS AND PARTNERSHIPS:** * **Alice or Cassi Health Insurance** – no monthly premium deduction and 30% co-payment for consultations and basic exams * **SulAmérica Dental Insurance** – no co-payment to ensure the best care for your smile * **Birthday Day Off** – enjoy your birthday month off, your way * **Meal Voucher** – provided via Swile flexible card * **Fluency Academy Partnership** – incredible conditions for learning a new language.
