Guarantee of high availability and SLA compliance **Description:** **Responsibilities and Activities:** Create and manage dashboards in Dynatrace, Grafana, and Zabbix for monitoring squad services; Handle requests, incidents, and problems reported in our ITSM tool; Submit change requests, present and defend them in the Change Advisory Board (CAB), and monitor implementation windows; Define and track service quality indicators (SLA, SLO, SLI, APDEX, OKR); Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for incidents and follow up on resolutions with responsible teams; Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, JFrog); Automate processes using Ansible, Terraform, Rundeck, and Python scripts; Support implementation and maintenance of environments in Kubernetes, OpenShift, EKS, etc.; Monitor service performance, scalability, and cost in public or private cloud environments; Ensure system high availability and SLA compliance. **Required Experience:** **Requirements and Qualifications:** Proficiency in JAVA (version 8 and above) and Spring Boot Desirable experience with relational and non-relational databases (MONGO, Oracle, REDIS, SQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, etc.) Experience with version control and GIT Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes Proficiency in Dynatrace and Grafana Proficiency in technical and business KPIs and metrics Proficiency in observability and monitoring Process mapping and DevOps culture Proficiency in AWS, machine scalability configuration, and performance testing Proficiency in CI/CD, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, and Docker **Working Hours:** From 08:00 to 17:00 2512010202191720308
