The professional will work in a collaborative environment focused on quality, best practices, and continuous delivery of critical systems. **Employment Type**: CLT **Work Model**: Hybrid – 1 day per week onsite **Location**: Faria Lima – São Paulo/SP **Compensation**: To be negotiated **Benefits:** * Internet allowance * Flash Benefits Card (food and meal) * Total Pass * AMIL health insurance * Educational partnership – Alura platform **Responsibilities:** * Analyze, model, and develop scalable and high-performance solutions. * Suggest improvements and technical alternatives aligned with industry best practices. * Support analysts and internal teams in technical design and impact analysis. * Collaborate with the QA team to ensure delivery quality. * Participate in system support, analyzing logs, environments, and validations. * Monitor implementations and ensure release effectiveness. * Perform configuration management and versioning using tools defined by the quality area. * Support internal areas in incidents, technical queries, and various requests. **Technical Requirements:** * Proficiency in Java * Spring Framework * Clean Code / Clean Architecture * Maven * SQL and data modeling * Git * Unit, integration, and performance testing * JBoss or WebSphere * XML, XSD, JSON * Web services (REST and SOAP) * Linux/Unix * Docker * AWS **Desirable:** * Postgres or DB2 * Knowledge of connectors (Connect Direct, XFB, CFT) * Security (encryption, digital certificates, SPB) **Methodologies & Soft Skills** * Scrum / Agile methodologies * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Collaboration * Emotional balance * Focus on delivery and results Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree Preferred education: Computer Science, Bachelor's degree
