Therefore, we continuously invest in training, technological innovation, and technical improvement, ensuring increasingly efficient services aligned with market needs. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; specialization is desirable. * Relevant work experience. * Document control. * Specific procedures and technical standards for service execution. * MS Project. * Advanced Excel. * AutoCAD. **Main Responsibilities** * Control agreements, contracts, and service orders using Excel spreadsheets. * Work in an office environment. * Prepare monthly measurement spreadsheets using Excel. * Prepare spreadsheets calculating percentages and values. * Control measurement scheduling related to agreements and contracts. * Report monthly information on activities performed. * Provide support for land registration and regularization, verifying property registry records, correcting survey descriptions, and reviewing legal documents. * Control accountability reports submitted by the Municipal Government via Excel spreadsheets for submission to CDHU, for accountability purposes.
