Responsibilities and Duties * Analyze claims rejected by the system and resolve existing issues; * Verify charges for materials and medications after medical and nursing review, using specific pricing tables; * Distribute claims to medical auditors, prioritizing hospital admissions; * Assist physicians in analyzing and reviewing outpatient procedure claims; * Receive and forward appeals against claim denials to the appropriate department; * Send payment and denial reports to service providers, guiding them to conduct online inquiries; * Return medical records and duplicate invoices to the provider network; * Monitor the invoice management system to identify pending items and entries; * Analyze information regarding improper payments to service providers and perform reversals when necessary; * Receive, analyze, initiate case files, and forward service providers’ appeals against claim denials; * Track the status of claim denial appeals through the corporate system and prepare documentation for approved appeal payments. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed High School education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in administrative routines.
