As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for leveraging data to drive effective campaigns through segmentation, target audience creation, and database management. The Marketing Data Operations Analyst plays a critical role in collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams to understand priorities and ensure alignment between data strategies and business objectives. They manage and enhance marketing database integrity, develop targeted audience segments, and create innovative segmentation strategies for campaigns. **Key Responsibilities:** * Data structuring, organization, and interpretation for CRM. * KPI definition for marketing actions and decision-making. * Data modeling and database segmentation. * Database management. * Performance analysis. * Studying audience profiles and identifying product opportunities. * Automating data import and extraction routines. * Managing CRM automations. * Supporting CRM and Agile Squads. * Creating campaign performance reports (CRM, Email Marketing, Media, etc.). * Preparing monthly and ad-hoc reports with KPIs aligned to specific objectives. * Strong proficiency in SQL and ETL/ELT processes. * Familiarity with CRM, campaign, customer journey, and segmentation concepts. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Marketing. * Intermediate/Advanced SQL (for data extraction and manipulation). * Advanced Excel. * Knowledge of CRM/DBM and marketing tools. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Salesforce Marketing Cloud. * Salesforce Data Cloud. * Salesforce Datorama (Marketing Cloud Intelligence). * Google BigQuery. * BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). * Google Analytics 4 and/or Adobe Analytics. * Basic knowledge of Data Science, Python, or R. * Salesforce Personalization. **Advantages:** * Knowledge of Growth Marketing and performance analytics. * Knowledge of Python and/or R. * Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. * Experience with warm-up processes. * Autonomy to propose improvements. * Ability to test hypotheses. * Critical interpretation of results. * Clarity regarding trade-offs (e.g., impact vs. noise).
