International community and trust-based environment Job description **Role Description:** As an Offer Manager at Amaris Consulting, you will act as a true intrapreneur, with the opportunity to shape the future of Amaris Consulting and potentially become one of tomorrow’s leaders. You will navigate three core dimensions: business development and client relationship management, recruitment and team leadership, financial and performance management. **Your Responsibilities:** Strategy and Portfolio Define the 3-year DATA & AI roadmap aligned with Mantu Group’s vision Continuously update the service catalog (Gen-AI, MLOps, Data Mesh, etc.) Business Development Generate over €10 million in new annual revenue through consultative sales Design and price proposals for Fortune-500 RFPs Delivery Excellence Manage a portfolio of over 25 concurrent projects (average ticket: €500,000) Ensure technical quality via ISO/27001 and Agile CoE frameworks People Leadership Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of 60 people (data engineers, ML scientists, cloud architects) Chair quarterly career committee reviews Thought Leadership Represent Amaris Consulting at prominent events such as Web Summit, MWC, and others Publish 4 white papers annually on emerging trends in DATA & AI **Your Profile:** Experience in data and AI consulting (minimum 5 years) Experience leading P&L exceeding €5 million (minimum 4 years) Proficiency in Azure, AWS, or GCP data platforms Proficiency in Python, Spark, TensorFlow, or PyTorch Experience with generative AI tools **Academic Qualifications:** An MBA or PhD in a field related to AI/Data is a plus Fluent Spanish and English Demonstrates strong executive storytelling skills Demonstrates high resilience Demonstrates multicultural leadership skills **What We Offer:** An international community comprising over 110 nationalities **A trust-centered environment:** 70% of our senior leaders began their careers at the entry level A robust training system through our internal Academy with over 250 available modules A vibrant workplace that frequently hosts internal events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.) At Mantu, sustainability is embedded in everything we do.
