We are seeking a professional for the Human Resources area, focused on personnel administration activities, with strong motivation to develop and co-create solutions alongside the HR team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform payroll calculation activities—including advances, pro-labore, and commissions—by registering, importing, and updating values and entries; verifying calculations; and preparing reports and digital files to fulfill employee payment routines. * Carry out employee contract termination activities—including registration, calculation, and verification of amounts—and issue legal documents to formalize termination and process payments in compliance with labor legislation. * Manage payroll-related statutory contribution collection—including verification of amounts, generation of payment guides, and forwarding them for payment—to meet labor obligations. * Handle communication with government agencies (e.g., Conectividade Social, e-Social, etc.), generating and verifying digital file data and submitting information via specific systems to comply with labor obligations. * Manage union contribution controls—including analysis of collective bargaining agreements, performing calculations, payroll deductions, and preparing payment guides—to comply with collective agreements. * Provide employee support regarding personnel matters—supplying information, clarifying doubts, and guiding employees to properly follow people management procedures. * Administer employee benefits—including registering and updating employee data in the system, verifying and arranging monthly purchases, and forwarding payments—to ensure timely benefit delivery to employees. * Conduct timekeeping verification and closure activities—including reviewing justifications for absences, tardiness, and overtime hours—issuing reports and requesting managerial corrections when necessary to ensure accurate payroll entries. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Accounting, or related fields Knowledge of payroll and statutory contribution processes, labor relations, compensation, and benefits Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency Experience with HR systems, particularly Apdata **Additional Information** Work schedule: Monday through Friday (business hours) Benefits: Transportation allowance, meal allowance, transportation allowance, medical and dental plans Partnership with SESI and SESC Our purpose?
