Creation of cross-functional teams to optimize time and resources Plan, organize, and control all activities related to maintenance and the factory's utilities department, integrating available resources and materials while complying with company standards and guidelines, aiming for optimal department performance. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for planning and scheduling activities related to maintenance and support areas; * Control financial resources for all activities and work with annual/monthly expense forecasting; * Monitor goals and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement; * Control materials used in maintenance, as well as their replenishment in inventory; * Create cross-functionality among employees (automation, civil, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation) to optimize time and resources. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Technical degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel); * Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling.
