We are the leading requeijão brand in Brazil, with over 100 years of tradition and innovation. **Become a Catupilover!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the mapping and redesign of internal processes; * Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to identify opportunities for improvement; * Create and maintain up-to-date process documentation (flowcharts, procedures, work instructions); * Support the implementation of improvements and monitor performance indicators; * Contribute to the development of dashboards and managerial reports; * Participate in meetings with user departments to gather information and present proposals; * Conduct technical visits to manufacturing units to collect and validate information on-site. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in mapping and designing administrative and operational processes; * Knowledge of process modeling tools (BPMN, Visio, Bizagi, Draw.io, etc.); * Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; * Preferred: Familiarity with or experience in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, etc.) and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). **Additional Information** * Location: Lapa — Hybrid model (3 days in-office / 2 days remote); * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Food Allowance; * GymPass/WellHub; * Vitta — telemedicine; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Breakfast; * Parking agreement; * Life Insurance; * Pharmacy agreement; * Corporate University; * Career Development Plan; * Birthday Day Off; * Discounts on Catupiry products at our Emporium.
