Organization of information and monitoring of indicators **About the Position** **We are looking for a Junior Planning and Data Intelligence Analyst to support the strategic planning and institutional governance routines of AFRESP.** **This person will be responsible for organizing information, tracking plans and indicators, and supporting the development of reports and dashboards, contributing to data-driven, transparent, and efficient management.** **Main Responsibilities** * **Track and update Strategic Plan information (deadlines, responsible parties, and status)** * **Support the collection, organization, and updating of indicators and goals** * **Assist in preparing managerial reports and presentations** * **Support the drafting and review of institutional documents (policies, regulations, and bylaws)** * **Organize strategic committee meetings and records (minutes and materials)** * **Support the Internal Training Program (PIC)** * **Interact with internal departments to collect information** * **Support the organization of projects and processes** * **Process and organize Excel-based databases** * **Support the updating of Power BI dashboards** * **Perform basic data analyses to identify trends and inconsistencies** **✅ Requirements** * **Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, or related fields** * **Intermediate Excel skills** * **Knowledge of data organization and report preparation** * **Basic understanding of strategic planning and project management** * **Mandatory Power BI knowledge** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Desired Education: * Administration of Enterprises, Bachelor’s Degree * Economics, Bachelor’s Degree * Birthday month day off * Childcare allowance * Sesc partnership * Agreements with pharmacies, gyms, universities, restaurants, and partners * Meal allowance: BRL 39.00 per day * Dental care (extended to dependents) * Health insurance (extended to dependents) * Transportation allowance * On-site cafeteria
