




Job Summary: As a Senior Data Analyst, you will develop interactive dashboards and reports, analyze and validate data from diverse sources, and create insight presentations to support strategic decision-making and improve performance. Work in self-managed, multidisciplinary teams As a **Senior Data Analyst**, your responsibilities will include: * Developing interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools to support leadership in strategic decision-making. * Analyzing, structuring, and validating data from various sources (ERPs, systems, spreadsheets, internal databases), ensuring data consistency and quality, as well as analytical and dashboard robustness. * Creating and delivering insight presentations with strong data storytelling for stakeholders. * Collaborating closely with business areas to identify challenges and propose data-driven solutions to enhance performance. * Supporting operations and data extraction from sales team tools (e.g., ERPs, automation tools, or internal reports). * Conducting ad hoc analyses, transforming raw data into contextually appropriate, practical insights. * Working closely with data engineers to ensure data aligns with the requesting business area’s business rules. **Requirements:** * 1–2 years of experience as a data analyst. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Prior experience as a data analyst, with focus on data and performance. * Solid SQL knowledge for extracting and manipulating large volumes of data. * Experience building dashboards using tools such as Power BI (Metabase is a plus). * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts. * Developed analytical skills with the ability to transform data into evidence-based narratives. * Experience partnering closely with business areas and communicating with stakeholders across varying levels of data maturity. * Basic understanding of data modeling, best practices, and dashboard documentation. * Strong communication skills to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Self-management and task tracking using tools such as Jira or ClickUp, along with experience in agile cultures (e.g., Scrum). **Nice-to-Haves:** * Familiarity with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Omie, or similar). * Prior experience with digital products leveraging sales platforms (e.g., Hotmart or similar). * Prior experience with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar). **That said, we offer:** * PJ (individual contractor) employment model. * Hybrid work arrangement (1–2 days per week onsite). **Interested?
