Manage the team, supervising and guiding staff A logistics service provider is seeking a Logistics Manager in Guarulhos. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate the company's operational and logistical routines. Control the fleet, routes, fuel consumption, and other resources used in operations. Monitor KPIs, results, and logistics department productivity. Ensure adherence to deadlines, internal processes, as well as safety and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement of logistical processes, proposing adjustments and optimizations. Establish communication with internal departments, suppliers, and other partners to align requirements. Manage the team, supervising task execution and guiding staff in daily activities. Previous experience as Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Supervisor, Supply Chain Manager, or Logistics Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
