We provide consulting, software development, and technical support services to companies across various sectors. **Responsibilities:** Customer Service: Provide on-site microcomputer and telecommunications support. Resolve technical issues directly at customer locations. Serve multiple customers per day. Maintenance and Repairs: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. Install and configure devices and systems as required. Management and Reporting: Manage service tickets and appointment scheduling. Document all activities and outcomes of support visits. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure proper issue resolution. Work across the designated region.
