Job Summary: A professional responsible for the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of security camera systems (CCTV) for the company and its clients, ensuring full operational functionality of the equipment. Technical support and fault diagnosis for equipment and networks We are seeking a professional to work as a **CCTV Analyst**, responsible for installing, maintaining, and monitoring the company’s and clients’ security camera systems, ensuring full functionality of equipment and infrastructure. Main Responsibilities * Install and configure security cameras (IP and analog CCTV); * Perform structured cabling routing and organization; * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and accessories; * Access systems to search, extract, and back up images/videos; * Ensure security systems operate properly at branch offices and external clients; * Diagnose faults in equipment, network, and connectivity; * Configure remote access via computer and mobile devices; * Support users in system operation; * Conduct technical inspections and suggest improvements to installed systems; * Prepare technical reports and service records; * Maintain care of tools, equipment, and materials used. Requirements * Experience in CCTV system installation and maintenance; * Knowledge of IP cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and TCP/IP networks; * Basic understanding of infrastructure, electrical systems, and structured cabling; * Familiarity with remote access, routers, and internet; * Driver's license category B (preferred); * Availability to travel between branches and clients; * Organized, responsible, and proactive.
