Job Summary:
The Multimodal Operator I ensures shipment performance, operates machinery, performs cleaning, inspects equipment, and controls loading/unloading operations.

Description:
To be a MULTIMODAL OPERATOR I, the following are required:
* Completed high school education;
* Availability to work on rotating shifts/shift schedules;
* Residence in Santos/SP or surrounding region.
The MULTIMODAL OPERATOR I will be responsible for:
* Ensuring shipment performance, including opening and closing discharge gates,
* Ensuring that machinery inside warehouses operates in accordance with operational procedures.
* Performing cleaning and organization of the workstation and equipment,
* Ensuring equipment integrity through checks and inspections,
* Recording data and incidents for report preparation;
* Inspecting, monitoring, and intervening when necessary in the operation of conveyor belts, elevators, redlers, valves, warehouse levels, and similar;
* Controlling and executing equipment, yard, and facility operations, as well as loading, unloading, shipment, and disembarkation processes;
* Proposing and implementing operational improvements;
* Performing truck, tipper, railcar, hopper, and silo loading/unloading tasks,
* Performing preparatory tasks for sampling, classification, unloading, and loading of trucks and railcars,
* Supporting maintenance tasks and performing basic maritime activities (mooring, signaling, rechego, etc.),
* Complying with instructions and regulations;
* Performing other duties related to their area of responsibility.
