Description: Opportunity Responsibilities Support the maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Information Security policies, processes, and tools, ensuring the protection of the organization's data, systems, and infrastructure. Support the implementation, monitoring, and management of cybersecurity solutions, such as access control systems, firewalls, antivirus/EDR, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and security event monitoring tools (SIEM). Identify, assess, and report security risks, proposing and executing corrective and preventive actions aligned with industry best practices and regulations. Conduct vulnerability analyses, monitor threats, and support the execution of penetration tests to identify weaknesses and propose improvements in protected environments. Support the implementation and maintenance of Information Security frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and CIS Controls, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Participate in security incident management, conducting detailed analyses and applying effective responses to minimize impacts and prevent future occurrences. Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of security controls in on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, ensuring the protection of critical data and essential services. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of security policies, such as access management, information classification, and business continuity. Support the management of security solution vendors, ensuring delivery quality and SLA compliance. Support the analysis of technology vendor security risks, performing security assessments based on existing contracts. Actively participate and collaborate with the Information Security Committee, contributing technical analyses, reports, and suggestions for strategic decision-making to strengthen organizational security. Participate in the planning and execution of strategic security projects, aligning solutions with institutional needs and promoting continuous improvement of the security posture. Prepare technical and managerial reports, including security metrics and indicators, to support leadership in strategic decision-making. Collaborate in developing an information security culture by promoting training and awareness among employees and teams. Monitor trends and technological advancements in information security, evaluating the application of new tools and practices to strengthen the protection of managed environments. Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation on information security, including compliance reports, identified risks, and vulnerabilities.
