Polymerization operations include three production plants — PDN, PDR, and PCN II — responsible for producing products either for internal consumption by the spinning facility (initiating Santo André’s textile chain) or for external markets. The Utilities area is responsible for producing and managing assets related to electricity, steam, thermal fluid, compressed air, chilled water, water treatment, and effluent treatment. As a Production Technician (Gatekeeper), you will participate in routine area activities. Your responsibilities will include: * Filtering and validating Maintenance Notes (MNs) daily in SAP, correcting descriptions and ensuring accurate installation location and anomaly details. * Classifying service order priorities by rigorously applying the Probability × Severity matrix to align maintenance demands with production needs. * Leading daily alignment meetings (morning and closing at 4:00 PM) with maintenance and production teams to direct execution and analyze challenges. * Facilitating early operational releases with manufacturing units, proactively coordinating cleaning, lockout, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. * Validating weekly scheduling during meetings with planners and schedulers, updating the schedule and monitoring the TV Gantt board. We offer a permanent employment contract based on full-time, on-site work during standard business hours. **About You** Technical education in Maintenance, Production, or related fields. Knowledge of industrial operations and maintenance routines is a plus. Competencies: * PPCM Management and Criticality Matrix: Proficiency in maintenance planning, scheduling, and control workflows based on Probability × Severity. * SAP System Operation: Proven ability to analyze, standardize, release, and track Maintenance Notes (MNs) and Maintenance Orders (MOs). * Cost Management: Ability to evaluate costs of contracted services and maintenance budgets for your area. The expected monthly salary for this position in Brazil is BRL 4,717 to BRL 5,896. Your final salary may be higher or lower depending on your skills and experience.
