Description

Job Summary: A civil construction professional responsible for laying materials, building structures, performing finishing and cladding work, preparing surfaces and materials, and carrying out maintenance on buildings. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in masonry and civil structure construction. 2. Proficiency in finishing work, surface cladding, and surface preparation. 3. Execution of corrective and preventive maintenance services. Lay bricks, blocks, tiles, flooring, ceramic wall tiles, and other construction materials in simple or structural masonry. Construct foundations, erect walls, fences, columns, and other similar structures according to project specifications and technical instructions. **Finishing and Cladding:** Plaster, roughcast, float, and level internal and external surfaces. Apply ceramic and cementitious claddings, respecting specified levels and alignments. Prepare and level surfaces for new constructions or renovations. Prepare mortars, concrete, and other materials required for service execution. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on buildings, including repairs to sidewalks, fences, walls, floors, roofs, and general structures. **Minimum Education Level:** Elementary School (1st stage)
