We are looking for a Technical Support Supervisor to lead our customer support team and ensure excellence in resolving issues related to Senior Sistemas solutions. The professional will be responsible for coordinating processes, providing technical support to the team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Supervise and guide the technical support team, promoting continuous development. Ensure compliance with SLAs and quality standards in customer service. Act as the escalation point for critical and complex cases. Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements to support processes. Collaborate with internal departments to optimize integrations and solutions. Document procedures and disseminate best practices in customer service. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Administration, or related fields. Prior experience leading technical support teams. Solid knowledge of Senior Sistemas solutions (ERP, HR, Business Management, etc.). Problem analysis and decision-making skills. Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills. Preferred Qualifications Certifications related to IT service management (ITIL, COBIT). Experience in Senior systems implementation or migration projects. Technical English for reading documentation.
