The São Bernardo do Campo Health Complex, a leading company in the healthcare sector, is seeking a **Data Analyst**. **Responsibilities:** * Collects, processes, analyzes, and structures data from hospital management systems, ensuring data quality, integrity, and reliability. Transforms clinical and administrative data into strategic information to support decision-making and institutional management. Contributes to process optimization and sustainability, promoting continuous improvement and enhancement of organizational performance indicators; * Analyzes data from hospital systems (e.g., MV SOUL and MV PEP), identifying patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement; * Develops and maintains database queries (Oracle) using SQL for data extraction, processing, and analysis; * Creates dashboards, managerial reports, and clinical and operational performance indicators; * Ensures data integrity, reliability, and integration across different systems; * Supports clinical and administrative departments in interpreting strategic data and indicators; * Collaborates with IT teams and business units to gather requirements and develop data-driven solutions; * Monitors hospital indicators, supporting quality initiatives, accreditation (e.g., Qmentum), and performance improvement; * Identifies and proposes improvements to data collection, storage, and usage processes; * Documents processes, business rules, and data structures; * Addresses user requests related to data, reports, and indicators, coordinating with vendors when necessary. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology or related fields; * Knowledge of Oracle databases and SQL query development within MV, SOUL, and MV PEP systems.
