In aerospace, transportation, defence, security and space, our architects design innovative solutions that make our tomorrow's possible.**Cybersecurity Solutions Coordinator** This position is offered in a **hybrid** model at our **São Bernardo do Campo** unit. **Summary** This person will be responsible for coordinating the team assigned to cybersecurity projects, ensuring high performance and delivery quality. They will engage in developing and customizing business opportunities by leveraging the company’s existing portfolio of products and solutions to integrate and adapt offerings according to customer needs, enabling new business. Their responsibilities include serving as solution architect in strategic projects, leading planning, effort estimation, schedule definition, and tracking of cybersecurity solution and service deliveries. They will operate cross-functionally—both in strategy development and business expansion, and in technical and managerial oversight of implementation teams. Additionally, they will ensure adherence to security best practices, alignment with the company’s business objectives, and monitoring of results, proposing continuous improvements. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate execution of projects and the cybersecurity team; * Develop opportunities related to the company’s existing product and solution portfolio; * Customize solutions to meet specific customer requirements and enable business; * Serve as solution architect when required, proposing innovative and business-aligned technical solutions; * Estimate, plan, and monitor delivery of cybersecurity solutions and services; * Develop and implement strategies for segment growth and continuous improvement of solutions; * Ensure delivery quality, timeliness, and budget compliance for all deliverables under their responsibility; * Interact with internal and external customers to align expectations and requirements. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced English proficiency required. * Experience in people management. * Leadership experience in cybersecurity projects. * Solid technical knowledge of cybersecurity solutions. * Knowledge of IT, operating systems, networks, and databases. * Hands-on profile with business acumen and ability to thrive in dynamic and challenging environments. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
