Program or adjust machine programs to perform cuts and machining operations. Prepare the machine by correctly securing workpieces and tools. Monitor the machining process, verifying dimensions and part quality. Make adjustments and corrections during production as needed. Perform measurements using precision instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Maintain machine and workplace organization and cleanliness. Previous experience as a CNC Milling Machine Operator, CNC Programmer, Machining Technician, or Milling Specialist may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
