




Job Summary: A technical support helpdesk professional focused on IT equipment maintenance and network configuration, as well as implementation and training of retail automation systems. System implementation and training, with focus on retail automation * Provide technical support helpdesk services, handling remote and on-site N1/N2 tickets; perform basic IT equipment maintenance (PC assembly, component replacement, formatting, configuration); configure wired and wireless networks (cable assembly, router configuration, etc.). * Strong communication skills and knowledge of retail automation systems are a plus (NFC-e, TEF, NF-e, etc.). * System implementation and training * A commercial automation company that supports and assists users and clients in using the software developed by the company. Prerequisites: Driver's License Category B Computer Assembly and Maintenance Basic Network Configuration (routers, access points).
