A global, dynamic, and challenging work environment **Job Category** ================ Interns \& Co\-Ops**Position Summary** ==================== **Responsibilities** ==================== * Assist with financial routines (closing, forecasting, and budgeting); * Follow\-up on financial KPIs (Net Sales, COGS, GP, Opex, OP) and maintain regular contact with regional FP\&A teams; * Support extraction, loading, and validation of financial statements (Balance Sheet and P\&L); * Support accurate dissemination of results through Finance Transformation initiatives; * Support data and system management (Power BI and SAP SAC), cross\-validation of data, and manual adjustments between systems (SAP S4 / SAC and Power BI); * Support maintenance and adjustments of basic/intermediate functionalities in Power BI dashboards; * Support Projects and PMO, including organizing project routines (scheduling, minutes preparation, and schedule maintenance); * Support creation of dimensions and load files; * Assist with conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for newly developed solutions and provide hands\-on support to end users; * Support access management for systems, control of the team’s monthly schedule, and activity tracking via D\&A Project Tracker; * Support data standardization and correct classification. **Minimum Qualifications** ========================== **Technical Knowledge:** * Familiarity with financial/accounting routines and Power BI (loading, validation, and basic adjustments) is desirable; * Currently enrolled in Administration, Finance, Statistics, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Economics, Data Engineering, or related fields. **Behavioral Profile:** * Analytical and organized profile (strong PMO/Project orientation), with excellent communication skills to collaborate across multiple departments and countries (Latin America). **What We Offer as a Company** At Bridgestone, what truly matters is generating opportunities for co\-creation while stimulating your curiosity and creativity to make mobility safer, more efficient, and more sustainable for present and future generations.
