Leads people, manages complex projects, and maintains critical applications—directly impacting customer experience and business outcomes. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate Engineering teams (squads, operations, and vendors). * Develop people and cultivate new leadership talent. * Manage vendors and technical contracts. * Evaluate and propose technology solutions aligned with company strategy. * Plan and manage system evolution and implementation projects. * Manage project budgets and monitor KPIs. * Prioritize backlog jointly with Product based on business criticality and impact. * Define and execute rollout strategies for new features. * Translate business needs into technical roadmaps and action plans. * Handle technical risk management and impact mitigation. * Support the team in resolving complex technical issues. * Ensure technical quality, performance, and reliability of solutions. * Apply and evolve agile frameworks and modern engineering practices. * Manage operational metrics (SLA, productivity, quality). **Qualifications** ------------------ **What We’re Looking For!** * Experience in system development teams. * Experience coordinating technical squads or application operations. * Experience managing highly complex technical projects (platform or infrastructure). * Experience managing backlogs and prioritizing jointly with business stakeholders. * Experience managing operational metrics and KPIs. * Ability to translate business requirements into feasible technical solutions. * Strong communication skills for interacting with technical teams and executives. * Prior experience as a Developer (Java, .NET, or similar). * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or modern frameworks). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in cloud environments (AWS) and microservices architecture. * Familiarity with CI/CD practices, observability, and resilient architecture. * Experience with recurring budget management or budget ownership. * Involvement in high-visibility, strategically impactful initiatives. * Experience working with distributed or global teams. **Additional Information** -------------------------- Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
