Job Description \-As Social Relationship and Engagement Manager, you will have the opportunity to represent Anglo American at various forums across the company’s operational territories, strengthening ties with communities, local government bodies and partner institutions. Your work will be essential to promoting dialogue, trust and shared value creation, consolidating the company as a sustainable and responsible development agent. In addition, you will directly contribute to the corporate strategy by supporting the maintenance of the company’s social licence to operate and contributing to alignment with best practices in socio\-environmental responsibility. **Key responsibilities include:** * Strengthening connections between Anglo American, communities, public authorities and institutions through visits, meetings and institutional presentations; * Promoting collaborative solutions for impacts related to the Slurry Pipeline, developing internal and external partnerships that benefit host communities; * Managing social conditions and programmes set by IBAMA – Brazilian Institute of Environment, ensuring compliance with Operating and Installation Licences; * Implementing and monitoring the Stakeholder Engagement Plan (PES), ensuring consistent outcomes aligned with stakeholders’ expectations and reinforcing the company’s reputation; * Proactively managing community expressions, seeking solutions that strengthen relationships and reduce risks. * Complying with and promoting corporate policies on Occupational Health and Safety, Environment, Social Responsibility and Business Integrity. **Qualifications \-The profile we are seeking for this position:** * Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, International Relations, Public Relations or related fields. * Postgraduate qualification in related areas. * Advanced Microsoft Office package. * Advanced English. **Additional Information \-Why join our team?** We are a company committed to turning our beliefs and values into reality.
