This position plays a fundamental part in the department, as it is responsible for carrying out activities that ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen, supporting store managers, directors, and the head chef. Join our family! **Responsibilities and Duties** Your main activities include: * Assisting in dish preparation; * Assisting in setting up workstations; * Washing, peeling, and cutting food items; * Assisting in food handling and plating; * Assisting in receiving, checking, storing, and organizing supplies, materials, and raw ingredients; * Cleaning and organizing the workplace, washing and storing utensils; * Working in compliance with technical and sanitary quality standards, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation protocols. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in this role.
