




### **JOB DESCRIPTION** JOB MISSION Responsible for mapping, analyzing, improving, and standardizing processes, while simultaneously identifying and supporting the implementation of automation (RPA/AI and other technologies). Acts as a liaison to ensure balance among operational efficiency, digital transformation, and internal departmental experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Map and document processes, ensuring review, standardization, and optimization of assigned processes. Create and maintain documentation (flowcharts, Standard Operating Procedures, work instructions, RACI charts, SIPOC, etc.) in accordance with official methodologies and templates. Support identification of operational risks, process optimization opportunities, and potential automation initiatives using RPA or AI. Ensure process improvements align with departmental governance policies and standards. Act as a facilitator across departments, balancing operational and technological requirements. Contribute to mitigation of operational risks. JOB REQUIREMENTS 2–5 years of experience in process mapping, administrative support, continuous improvement, or data analysis. Bachelor’s degree completed in: Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Process Management, or related fields. Specific Knowledge: BPM and process modeling; ability to map processes and create flowcharts; process modeling tools (e.g., Bizagi); advanced Microsoft Office suite; best practices in documentation and report writing; ability to conduct interviews, workshops, and as-is/to-be analyses with business units.
